Do you charge a call out fee?
No, we don’t charge a call out fee. Our pricing is transparent and competitive, with no hidden costs.
What vehicles do you work on?
We work on all types of vehicles, including cars, vans, motorcycles, electric vehicles and classic or prestige models.
What if I’ve lost all my keys?
No problem. We can cut and program new keys at your location and remove the old key data from your vehicle to keep it secure.
Are your technicians qualified?
Yes, all our staff are DBS checked, fully insured, and our lead technician is a member of the Master Locksmiths Association and RAC accredited.
Can you unlock my car without damaging it?
Yes. We use specialist tools to gain access to locked vehicles without causing any damage.
Can you repair a snapped or damaged key?
Absolutely. If your key blade is worn or broken, we can often repair it or replace it with a new one, using your existing chip if it’s still functional.
What should I do if my remote key or fob isn’t working?
We can test, repair or reprogram your remote key or fob on the spot. If needed, we’ll supply a fully working replacement.
How long does key replacement take?
In most cases, we can cut and program a new key in under an hour, depending on your vehicle make and model.
Can you cut and program spare keys?
Yes. We carry most key types in stock and can supply spares quickly at your home, work or roadside location.
Do you offer replacement keys for keyless entry and start systems?
Yes, we work with both traditional and keyless entry systems, including proximity fobs for modern vehicles and EVs.
Can you help if my ignition is stuck or damaged?
Yes. If your key is stuck or your ignition won't turn, we can repair or replace the ignition barrel using high quality parts, safely and on site.
Is it cheaper to get a spare key before I lose my last one?
Yes, much cheaper. Replacing a spare is usually quicker and more affordable than replacing your only working key after it’s lost.
